I love buying technology gadgets and that too when they are being offered at a huge discount. Buying phones and tablets in India is 
always costlier than buying it from USA and other countries, as India imposes a 25% imports duty. Since India manufactures almost zilch in semiconductors and electronics, that means you have to spend 25% more for every gadget, unless the company subsidizes by taking some of the imports duty hit on itself.
However, sometimes bargains do present themselves and Nexus 7 tablet from Google-Asus is one such gadget that you should
buy. The Nexus 7 used to be priced at INR 15,999 just a couple of months and now it is priced at INR 9,999 in Flipkart. The reason is that Google has come out with a newer version of Nexus 7 in the USA. The newer version does not have a lot of changes and it makes sense to still buy the old Nexus 7 at these extremely cheap price. I have already bought one, even though I did not need one urgently 
Buying an Asustek product at such a cheap price was irresistible. It has very good specs with a Tegra 3 processor from Nvidia, 1 GB RAM and decent display. The build quality is also good and it was the flagship product of Google just a year ago. Don’t know how long the supply will last, so buy as fast as you can.
